About Boots

World Top Boots are made from a carbon-fibre shell covered with super-fibre leather. The carbon-fibre shell provides excellent support while cutting down on the weight. The leather is water-proof but very breathable and strong helping the boot to maintain its form.

Making the Boots

The inside of the boot is made of a strong foam giving the foot support well protecting the soft points on the foot. The leather is then placed around the interior. The boots use two velcro straps around the ankles in order to provide more support. The velcro is extremely strong to ensure that it does not let go.

The shell and bottom of the boot is made of carbon-fibre allowing for a great amount of strength while cutting down on the weight.

First the upper and lower parts of the boot are made

To finish the upper part of the boot, a mold of the foot is placed inside in order to give a proper fit.

The upper and lower parts of the boot are then attached. In order to give the skater an even better fit. World Top Boots can be heat molded using an oven, heatgun or even a hairdryer.
